My name is Rian Barger, and I was born and raised in Clarksville, TN. Growing up surrounded by the world of construction, I developed a deep passion for creating spaces that people can call home.

My journey in this industry has been enriched by my experience and knowledge, and I am committed to turning your vision into reality.

As a woman-owned company, I strive to break barriers and empower others in the construction field. My background includes not only construction expertise but also a real estate license, enabling me to assist you in building, remodeling, buying, or selling properties with confidence.

Meet Rian

Hi, I’m Rian Barger, the founder of Phoenix Services Corp, proud graduate of Austin Peay State University, licensed real estate agent, and a Clarksville native through and through.

I grew up on a farm in Clarksville, surrounded by cows, pigs, geese, peacocks, chickens, horses, and four-wheelers. I learned to drive a stick shift at just six years old, barely able to see over the dash while cruising around the farm and I’ve been hands-on ever since. I was a tomboy who loved the outdoors, spent every spare minute being active, and played just about every sport I could. I played golf, ran cross country, played softball and soccer, and even played soccer at Austin Peay until I had to hang up my cleats after a weightlifting injury.

That pivot eventually led me to construction where I found my passion in building, designing, and bringing spaces to life. I didn’t grow up in the industry, but once I found it, I dove in headfirst. I’m very hands-on in every project, treating each one as if it were my own. As a woman-owned business, Phoenix Services is about breaking barriers, building trust, and delivering high-quality work with heart.

I’m a visual thinker. if I see it, I remember it. Which makes me meticulous about details and design. With a background in both real estate and construction, I offer a full-service approach to help clients buy, sell, remodel, and build with confidence.

When I’m not on a job site or walking properties, you’ll find me with my better half, Dylan. Together, we share life with our daughter, Emma, and our little zoo: four dogs - Antenna Blu (red heeler), Millie Rose (great dane), Zadie Amore (boxer) and Kingston Grey (Great Dane) two chameleons (Frankie and Chamelly), a bird (Zippie), and a snake (Phillip). Life’s a little chaotic, a little wild, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Meet Dyan

Meet Dylan our project manager, Hardscape expert, problem-solver, numbers guy- the jack of all trades. With a strong background in outdoor living, drainage, septic, grading, retaining walls, and pavers, Dylan brings the structure and strategy that keeps Phoenix Services running like a well-oiled machine.

Dylan served in the U.S. Army as a sniper, and after completing his service, he launched his own company and eventually transitioned into full-scale construction work blending precision, grit, and heart into every job.

He’s the one doing calculations in his head faster than most can write them down, and the guy you want on-site when the details matter most.
When Dylan is not on the job site he is a dedicated girl dad to Emma, watching all sports especially Arkansa sports (go Razorbacks), anything outdoors, grill master, and saving one turtle at a time.

About Us

Some people meet at a coffee shop. We met on a job site.

What started as shared projects, it slowly became something more. We worked side-by-side, learning how each of us brought something different to the table: Rian with the vision, design, and client experience. Dylan with the structure, numbers, and problem-solving. And somewhere between project timelines and punch lists, we looked up and realized this was more than just a working relationship. This was it.

Today, we run Phoenix Services together as a team in business and in life. We combine our strengths to serve our clients with honesty, energy, and a whole lot of hustle. Our shared goal? To build great spaces, stronger communities, and a life we’re proud of.

In our spare time, we’re pretty much always outside. Whether we’re floating on the water, out at the range, sitting in the stands at football and soccer games, off to a concert, in the woods hunting, scuba diving, or ripping around in the RZR. We’re all about staying active and making the most of life. We’re big on giving back too, and love getting involved in our community whenever we can. Most of the time, we’ve got our daughter Emma tagging along, plus our chaotic little zoo of four dogs, two chameleons, a snake, and a bird. Life’s wild, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
